At **FOM**, we specialize in the manufacturing, sale, and distribution of fiber optic cable for the largest telecommunications companies in Mexico, the USA, Canada, Colombia, and Costa Rica. We are seeking: **DIGITAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries received through digital channels **(web chat, WhatsApp, email).** * Identify customer needs and propose customized solutions to drive sales. * Generate web traffic by sending emails that encourage visits to the website. * Follow up on sales opportunities until closing and order processing. * Keep the CRM updated with client data and all interactions handled. * Achieve assigned sales targets. * Use the website to guide customers through their purchase process. * Coordinate with marketing to report any UX improvement opportunities. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Partial or ongoing bachelor’s degree. * 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital sales. * Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. **WE OFFER:** * Direct employment contract. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * UNCAPPED COMMISSION SCHEME AND TRAINING BONUS FOR YOUR FIRST THREE MONTHS IN ADDITION TO YOUR SALARY. * Internship release for students.
