You will be responsible for enhancing the Susurros del Corazón brand through culinary experiences at the resort’s outlet, driving business and financial performance across Auberge restaurants, ensuring sustainability, and maximizing all opportunities and resources. Additionally, you will ensure the highest service standards are met and that guest experiences exceed expectations. * Lead and analyze customer satisfaction, service quality, sales, costs, food and beverage quality and presentation, service standards, facility conditions, and equipment cleanliness. * Lead a team of managers and staff members in each area to achieve goals related to customer satisfaction, team engagement, and service delivery. * Maintain the highest levels of customer service and build strong relationships with both hotel guests and local clientele, welcoming customers to the restaurant and effectively and courteously handling complaints. * Lead the dining experience, playing a key role in planning, creative development, and execution. * Conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure restaurant maintenance and cleanliness, continuously maintaining or improving facilities. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Food and Beverage, or a related field. * Two or more years of operational experience in a similar role within a top-tier restaurant group or the Food and Beverage department of a luxury hotel. * Experience ensuring compliance with state and federal health and safety regulations. * Experience performing administrative tasks, including report preparation, budgeting, and project management. * Fluency in Spanish and English. **Additional Information** Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences, and private clubs.
