**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** **RAAF** is a company specialized in international transportation, with a clear operational focus and continuously evolving processes. **REQUIRED PROFILE:** * **Night shift** * **Education level:** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in International Trade, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in operational support or logistics. * **Knowledge of international logistics operations** — documentation, customs procedures, regulations, etc. * **Advanced English** — B1–C2 (reading and writing) * **Valid visa** (desirable) * **Skills:** Attention to detail, effective communication, proactivity, conflict resolution, organization, and follow-up **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Customer service and support * Daily follow-up on import/export shipments, ensuring compliance and timeliness. * Monitoring vehicle status, load/unload validation, and resolution of disruptions. * Maintaining constant communication with drivers to confirm location, incidents, and transit status. * Updating information on platforms (orders, assignments, dwell times, documents) * Verifying that orders are complete (rates, bills of lading, driver, vehicle) * Addressing in-transit incidents, accidents, or route deviations and escalating them to the appropriate departments. * Verifying and documenting operational matters such as diesel refueling, supporting documents, and evidence **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * Weekly payroll * **THE ACTUAL SALARY FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE PROVIDED DURING THE SELECTION PROCESS** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,475.52 – $20,000.00 per month Language: * English (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
