Job Description We are currently seeking personnel for the Human Resources or Recruitment area! If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field and are eager to learn, this is your opportunity to grow within the department. Responsibilities: * Draft employment contracts. * Review payroll records. * Manage personnel files, updates, and physical and/or digital archiving. * Coordinate interviews and internal meetings. * Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits and internal policies. * Prepare simple administrative reports in Excel or internal systems (attendance, * resignations, new hires). Requirements: * Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Minimum experience required (basic conceptual knowledge is mandatory). * Eagerness to learn, proactivity, and attention to detail. * Ability to commute.
