




**Decision Making** Minutes tracking. **Main Responsibilities** Timely and appropriate handling of assigned Service Reports, through daily review thereof to address customer requirements using management tools to deliver a satisfactory response. * Report on services entering Customer Solutions by daily reviewing shipment scans, supported by visit label and control information, via the SAP Service shipment management system, to evaluate and manage customer service, support, and attention.
