




Join our team! We are looking for a responsible and committed individual to manage and oversee all accounting and financial activities of the company. This role is critical to ensuring accurate bookkeeping, recording, and control of all transactions, as well as compliance with current tax regulations. Key Responsibilities * Record and monitor payments to suppliers, taxes, and other disbursements. * Reconcile disbursements with bank statements. * Manage and monitor accounting accounts. * Record and post disbursements in the system, identifying payments to suppliers and linking corresponding invoices. * Enter and accrue invoices in the system, ensuring proper accounting integration. * Prepare monthly bank and accounts receivable closing reports. * Reconcile income and expense CFDIs with the SAT’s database. * Integrate information into electronic accounting and upload files to the respective servers. * Prepare lease and other service invoices. * Issue invoices for clients assigned by senior management. * Perform other related tasks as assigned. Minimum Requirements Education and Experience * Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. * Minimum experience: 2 years of accounting experience. Knowledge and Skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of accounting systems (e.g., CONTPAQi, Aspel COI, etc.). * Familiarity with tax and legal regulations. * Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset. * Numerical aptitude and analytical ability.
