Full\-time · Troisdorf As a **Quality Management Officer (m/f/d)**, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our quality standards and processes. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Planning, conducting, and evaluating internal audits according to ISO 9001, as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) * Preparing, supporting, and following up on customer and certification audits * Ensuring compliance with and further developing our quality management system (QMS) * Creating, maintaining, and improving English-language QM documentation * Handling customer complaints and initiating appropriate CAPA measures * Contributing to the planning and implementation of company-specific quality policies and objectives * Responding to qualification questionnaires and preparing quality agreements * Supporting the annual management review * Training and informing colleagues on quality-related topics * Maintaining relevant master data in our central ERP\-system ### **About Us** **I\&L Biosystems** is a leading European provider of innovative laboratory solutions.
