




Technical Support Engineer - Santa Fe $11,000 - $13,000 Monthly We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in handling hardware, software, and mobile device incidents, both onsite and remotely, responsible for maintaining the availability and proper functioning of the company’s computing equipment and mobile devices, ensuring effective and prompt support to our users across various company locations. Requirements: * Experience in technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices. * Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Office, macOS, iOS, and Android operating systems. * Networking: configuration and troubleshooting of local area networks. * Operating systems: administration and troubleshooting. * Hardware: maintenance and repair of IT equipment. * Enterprise software: support for business applications. * Knowledge of structured cabling. * Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems. * Configuration of user profiles. * Data backup. * Experience providing onsite and remote user support. * Ability to perform first- and second-level corrective actions for hardware and software issues.
