Role Overview As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and fluidity of global logistics processes. This role is highly dynamic and hands\-on, requiring ownership from end to end. You will interact directly with clients and collaborate with internal teams located in New York, France, and Singapore, ensuring clear communication, reliable data validation, and smooth operational execution. Your ability to manage incidents, interpret logistics information (from airlines and shipping lines), validate data, and maintain consistent reporting will be critical to the success of the operation. A solid English level is required, as this is a globally distributed team. Responsibilities **Client Interaction \& Issue Resolution** * Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, incidents, and requests with speed and professionalism. * Redirect internal requests when necessary, identifying the right person or team efficiently. **Logistics Operations** * Retrieve, reconcile, and analyze information from airlines and shipping lines to track the end\-to\-end logistics flow. * Validate data from different sources to ensure accuracy for internal reporting and operations. * Create and verify policies using correct, validated data aligned with internal standards. **Data Analysis \& Reporting** * Develop and maintain accurate and consistent operational reports. * Work with large volumes of information, ensuring precision in every step. **Communication \& Coordination** * Communicate with clients through phone, email, and soon via WhatsApp. * Collaborate with global teams to ensure an efficient, region\-to\-region operational experience. **Startup Mindset \& Proactivity** * Adopt a highly proactive approach: identify what needs to be done and take immediate action without waiting for detailed instructions. * Operate with autonomy, ownership, and constant problem\-solving. Requirements — Must\-Have **Experience** * Previous experience in operational roles related to logistics, especially air and maritime (nice to have). * Understanding of logistics flows (movement of goods from origin to destination). * Proven experience in data validation and data analysis. * Customer\-facing or client support experience. * Intermediate–advanced English for communication with global teams. * Flexibility to occasionally work a few hours on weekends (to be confirmed). **Technical Skills** * Strong command of Excel and Office tools. * Ability to interpret, consolidate, and analyze data for reporting. Nice to Have **Experience** * Previous experience working in startups or fast\-evolving environments. * Experience coordinating with global or cross\-regional teams. **Technical Skills** * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools. * Basic understanding of systems/platforms used to download, upload, or integrate data.
