**Position Objective:** Ensure the accuracy of cyclic inventory control results to reflect the reliability of system SAP records for material receipt, storage, and dispatch of packaging materials, raw materials, and finished products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct daily cyclic counts of raw materials in storage tanks, raw material warehouse, packaging materials, and finished goods. * Report any inventory discrepancies to the Inventory Analyst. * Enter cyclic count data into SAP system. * Generate detailed variance reports. * Validate stock with suppliers. * Participate in annual physical inventories. * Perform inventory counts at external warehouses and co-packers. * Reconcile materials designated for tax-related destruction. * Reconcile and organize materials within warehouses. * Carry out operational warehouse activities. **Desired Prior Knowledge:** Experience in cyclic and ABC inventory management; operation of combustion/electric forklifts (DC3 – 8 hours); FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) stock control; ERP system knowledge (SAP and/or Oracle); inventory variance reporting; Microsoft Office; ERP systems, preferably SAP WM (Warehouse Management). **English Proficiency:** B2 level desired (Intermediate–Advanced). **Desired Technical Skills:** * Interpretation and handling of databases. * Excel proficiency. * Data analysis. * Operation of combustion/electric forklifts; ERP system knowledge, preferably SAP. * Generation of consolidated SAP reports.
