**Job Description:** The Credit Intern will directly support the General Management (CO) in collecting, organizing, and analyzing historical customer data. Their primary objective will be to contribute to the development, testing, and maintenance of predictive credit risk models, enabling informed decisions regarding default and optimizing the company’s credit policies. This position is designed for students with a strong interest in statistical analysis, machine learning, and risk modeling who wish to apply their knowledge in a real business environment. **Responsibilities** * Analyze historical customer data to identify patterns and statistically relevant variables. * Support the development and maintenance of **credit scoring models**, primarily using **logistic regression**. * Collaborate in evolving repetitive analyses into **machine learning models** for risk projection. * Monitor key metrics and model performance, preparing periodic reports. * Identify opportunities to improve credit policies and processes. * Develop knowledge of the credit evaluation process and currently deployed models. **Technical Requirements** * Student in **final semesters** or recent graduate (within 1 year) of: * Economics * Mathematics / Applied Mathematics / Actuarial Science * Systems Engineering * Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning * Related fields * Proficiency in **Python** for data analysis. * Knowledge of **SQL** and database querying. * Experience or familiarity with **Microsoft Cosmos** (desirable). * Interest in **statistical models and machine learning**, especially **logistic regression**. **Position Type**: Full-time **Benefits:** * Flexible hours * Option for indefinite-term contract * Additional vacation days or paid leave Position Type: Full-time Salary: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible hours * Remote work Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Desirable) Work Location: Remote
