HR Manager
Position Summary:
Comprehensively manage staff, ensuring payroll administration, attendance control, shift coverage, and staff transfer coordination, guaranteeing labor compliance and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage operational staff, including recruitment and personnel file control.
2. Supervise attendance, incidents, overtime, and shifts.
3. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and coordinate staff transfers.
**Position Objective:** Comprehensively manage company staff, ensuring proper payroll administration, attendance control, operational shift coverage, and staff transfer coordination, guaranteeing labor compliance and operational continuity.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate recruitment, hiring, and operational staff file control.
* Supervise attendance, incidents, overtime, and shifts.
* Handle labor relations and administrative records.
* Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
* Coordinate staff transfers (routes, schedules, incidents, and vendors).
* Monitor HR indicators: turnover, absenteeism, and punctuality.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in operational environments with shift-based staff.
* Knowledge of payroll, incident management, and personnel administration.
**Competencies:** Leadership, organization, effective communication, conflict management, and results orientation.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: $16,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month
