**Location:** Tlaquepaque, Jalisco **Position type:** Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. **Salary:** **$15,000 + Commissions** **Responsibilities** * Full management of stores on **TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre, and Temu**. * Accurate product uploads (targeting) and optimization of descriptions. * Customer service within the platforms. * Inventory management and price updates. * Coordination with warehouse for shipping and logistics. * Review of metrics, sales, and reports. * Manage and grow our accounts on TikTok Shop, Mercado Libre, and Temu. * Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations. * Follow up on invoice requests and consumer support. **Requirements** * 1–2 years of experience managing **at least one e-commerce platform**. * Basic knowledge of digital marketing. * Strong written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work under pressure. * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. * Analytical mindset, with communication and negotiation skills. **Offered** * Salary: $15,000 + commissions. * Growth opportunities within digital sales. * Genuine professional development opportunity in e-commerce.
