




We are looking for an **Administrative Manager!** at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ciudad Obregón** At Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ciudad Obregón, we seek a committed, organized, and highly responsible **Administrative Manager** to lead and ensure the proper functioning of administrative, accounting, and human resources operations within the business unit. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with administrative and accounting processes across all departments. * Supervise petty cash movements and weekly departmental expense control. * Maintain and safeguard administrative and accounting records. * Verify inventories and support hotel operational procurement. * Manage credit customer accounts and ensure a positive payment history. * Follow up on procedures with banking institutions, suppliers, and government agencies. * Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes. * Supervise implementation of training plans and mandatory certifications. * Serve as the operational liaison between management and EUYSA corporate. * Support internal and external audits. * Perform executive duty shifts as assigned. ### **Profile Requirements** **Education:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting. **Experience:** * 3 to 8 years of experience in administrative, accounting, and/or human resources roles. **Knowledge:** * Intermediate language proficiency (as required). * Advanced computer skills. * Solid knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, expense control, and recordkeeping. **Key Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Supervision and monitoring. * Problem solving. * Leadership and decision making. * Teamwork. * Sense of urgency. * Service orientation. * Communication and assertiveness.
