




**Key Responsibilities:** * **Maintenance Management:** Administer and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensuring availability of spare parts and critical resources. * **Team Leadership:** Supervise and develop technicians and contractors, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment (HSSE). * **Strategic Planning:** Coordinate activities for plant shutdowns (Turnarounds), scheduled outages, and annual budgets. * **Engineering and Diagnostics:** Provide technical support for failure diagnostics (RCA), management of change (MOC), and process safety management (PSM). * **Administration:** Manage work orders, permits, and departmental KPI reports. **Profile and Requirements (Meet one of the following):** * **Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial):** University degree + 7 years’ experience in maintenance within process plants. * **Advanced Technician (Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic):** Technical diploma + 10 years’ technical experience in process plants. * **Supervisory Experience:** Minimum 4 years managing personnel (Mandatory). **Essential Technical Knowledge:** * **Language:** English level B1-B2 (Intermediate-Advanced). * **Systems:** Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and ERP software. * **Safety:** Experience with HAZOPs and Process Safety Management (PSM). * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Distribution:** 70% field work (plant), 30% administrative. * Availability to respond to emergencies and abnormal situations in the plant.
