Key responsibilities * Begin each workday **on-site with clients**, following a **rotating service schedule**. * Deliver **on-site services**, including **preventive maintenance**, incident resolution, and support for technology projects. * Execute an **annual preventive maintenance program**, based on **equipment and system inventory and control**. * Address **incidents, fault reports, and operational requests**, in accordance with defined **service-level agreements (SLAs)**. * Identify and resolve **information security vulnerabilities**, applying established best practices and guidelines. * Audit the **status of deployed technologies**, validating adherence to **technical standards and documentation requirements**. * Advise and assist users in the **proper use of technology** and in adopting **sound operational practices**. Requirements * A **completed degree** (bachelor’s, engineering, or technical diploma) in **Information Technology or related fields**. * **Minimum 6 months of experience** in **technical support, preventive maintenance, or IT operational roles**, preferably on-site. * Genuine interest in **professional development**, achieved through **continuous training and real-world learning**. * Ability to **work autonomously on-site with clients**, as well as **collaborate effectively with internal teams**. * **Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented attitude**.
