We are seeking our next Accountant Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (graduates only) * Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head of Accounting Responsibilities: * Review and approve accounting department activities, distribute workloads, and ensure compliance. * Oversee the preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, and accounting reports. * Ensure proper application of accounting standards and internal policies, and coordinate responses to internal and external audits. * Supervise compliance with tax obligations, including VAT, income tax (ISR), and other legal requirements. * Analyze the company’s financial situation and generate strategic reports for senior management. * Identify areas for improvement in accounting and tax processes, proposing solutions to optimize results. * Coordinate, train, and evaluate the accounting team, fostering their professional growth. * Supervise proper inventory management, fixed assets administration, and intercompany reconciliations.
