We invite you to apply for the position of Group Credit Promoter What will be your responsibilities? * Identify potential clients through promotion within the area of influence, informing them about products, planning and documenting activities performed according to established institutional procedures * Place and collect group loans according to targets set for portfolio and recurring clients, as well as for new clients, following current procedures, aiming to reduce portfolio risk and ensure timely repayment * Train and document various groups on the product methodology, ensuring understanding of the product and institutional policies * Build trust and commitment as key elements to meet the needs of internal and external clients through humane treatment and high sensitivity, promoting personal development and long-term relationships * You will be assigned a mobile device with which you can manage your daily activities. As a group credit promoter, you will dedicate 90% of your time to field activities (visiting assigned clients) and 10% to administrative tasks at the office (filling out forms, credit applications, and information queries). What do you need to join our family?  Completed high school education REQUIRED.  Experience in door-to-door sales and/or customer service, along with strong communication skills and goal-oriented work ethic.
