We are seeking a Process Auditor If you are organized, enjoy delivering excellent service, and possess outstanding communication skills, WispHub is looking for you. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Industrial Engineering or Business Management Engineering degree * Experience with certifications (e.g., ISO 9000, DISTINTIVO H, M, Quality Management Systems, KAIZEN, Strategic Planning) * Design and management of indicators, Balanced Scorecard (BSC), KPIs / OKRs * Industrial Engineering or Business Management Engineering degree * Advanced Excel * Proficiency in indicators * Residency in Cancún * Optional: Driving license **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze processes and present improvement proposals across the entire organization * Lead WispHub’s Metrika process improvement projects * Evaluate project financial viability through return on investment (ROI) calculations * Ensure compliance with organizational processes and the internal accountability system * Guarantee continuity of implemented projects * Coordinate process documentation to ensure standardization and regulatory compliance * Conduct process audits * Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards * Submit accurate audit reports * Document and keep all processes updated in the wiki, including videos * Convene the team to execute and perform critical processes scoring below 60% of expected audit results, achieving an 85% result within 24 hours * Conduct 200 process audits per month * Ensure 90% of staff are certified in relevant processes **WE OFFER:** * Option for an indefinite-term contract * On-site cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Statutory benefits * 50% gym membership subsidy * 50% subsidy for courses contributing to your area or related to human resources * In-house chef and free cafeteria * Employment type: Full-time * Salary: To be agreed upon Employment type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * On-site cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work location: On-site
