Improve developer workflows and productivity through automation tooling We are seeking a **Senior DevOps Platform Engineer** to improve infrastructure reliability, elevate developer experience and ensure operational excellence across our organization. This role will lead critical platform initiatives from inception through adoption, building the foundation that enables engineering teams to deliver with confidence. **Responsibilities** * Design, deploy and maintain Kubernetes (EKS) infrastructure across multiple regions * Execute complex infrastructure upgrades with minimal operational disruption * Manage and optimize developer tooling platforms including Artifactory SonarQube and GitHub Enterprise * Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and maintain standardized templates * Conduct disaster recovery planning testing and runbook documentation * Create and maintain comprehensive production readiness documentation * Develop scorecards runbooks and operational procedures for supported platforms * Establish monitoring alerting and observability infrastructure * Drive incident response processes and post\-incident reviews * Ensure platform reliability through proactive system health monitoring * Build automation tooling that improves developer workflows and productivity * Create integration examples and reusable templates that enable organizational adoption * Develop repository synchronization and automation solutions * Partner with development teams to understand pain points and deliver practical solutions * Monitor and analyze infrastructure costs across cloud platforms * Develop and implement retention policies and resource optimization strategies * Identify and execute cost reduction initiatives while maintaining performance * Create tooling for proactive capacity planning and cost analysis * Maintain security posture through compliance requirements and security tooling updates * Manage authentication access controls and WAF policies * Ensure platforms meet enterprise security and governance standards **Requirements** * 3\+ years experience in DevOps Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering * Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration (EKS preferred) * Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools, particularly Terraform * Skills in managing CI/CD platforms and developer tooling (Artifactory, SonarQube, GitHub Enterprise) * Demonstrated ability to execute complex infrastructure upgrades and migrations * Competency in documentation with experience creating runbooks, Production Readiness Reviews and operational procedures * Skills in observability platforms and monitoring systems * Understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and implementation * Knowledge of AWS services and multi\-region deployments * Background in establishing governance structures and organizational adoption patterns * Familiarity with security scanning and compliance tooling * Skills in log aggregation and observability platforms (Cribl, Splunk or similar) * Track record of building automation solutions that scale organizational capabilities **Nice to have** * Proficiency in Python scripting * Familiarity with New Relic and PagerDuty
