A General Assistant with a hybrid profile to join the operational team. This position combines three areas of responsibility: internal systems support, brand graphic design, and social media management. The distribution of tasks is flexible and adapts to business priorities. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY Systems and Technological Support * Maintenance of the internal web-based ERP (inventory, orders, production) * Supervision and support of the Ubuntu server and active services * Updating the corporate website and project portfolio * Support for automations in Google Sheets and Apps Script * Handling and resolution of technological incidents Graphic Design and Visual Content * Creation of visual content for digital campaigns and advertising * Design of brand materials: presentations, catalogs, brochures * Photo and video editing for social media * Maintenance of consistent visual identity across all channels * Design of assets for Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns Social Media Management * Planning and publishing content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn * Writing conversion-oriented and brand-positioning copy * Analysis of metrics and performance reports for posts * Support in managing paid campaigns (Meta Ads) * Responding to and following up on comments and direct messages REQUIREMENTS * Proficiency in graphic design tools: Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) or equivalent * Proven professional experience in social media management * Knowledge of JavaScript / Node.js and basic web development * Familiarity with Git and version control * Basic knowledge of Linux / terminal * Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift focus according to priorities * Portfolio of design work or managed social media accounts (will be requested upon application) Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $16,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
