We are now seeking specialized talent to join our team as: **Maintenance Superintendent for Plastic Injection and Blow Molding Machines** If you are passionate about automation, industrial maintenance, and continuous improvement, we want to meet you! **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in maintenance and repair of industrial machinery (preferably in plastic manufacturing). **Required knowledge:** * Programming and diagnostics of **PLCs**. * **Automation and control systems**. * Interpretation of **electrical and electronic diagrams**. * Electric motors, sensors, frequency inverters, and servo motors. * **Plastic injection and blow molding processes**. * Industrial **refrigeration systems (Chillers)** and pneumatics. * Proficiency in programming and simulation software for controllers. **Job objective** Ensure efficient, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of machinery used in manufacturing plastic pharmaceutical packaging through preventive and corrective maintenance, specialized diagnostics, and optimization of electronic and automation systems—guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards. **Key responsibilities** * Diagnose and repair faults in electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Program, configure, and optimize **PLCs, HMIs**, and plant automation systems. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines, blow molding machines, chillers, compressors, and other equipment. * Design and implement automation process improvements to reduce downtime. * Troubleshoot issues with sensors, motors, inverters, and controllers. * Develop and update technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and programming documentation. * Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts and software updates. * Apply **TPM methodologies** and failure analysis to improve equipment availability. * Train operational staff on proper use of machinery and control systems. * Comply with industrial safety standards and good manufacturing practices. **We offer** * **Competitive salary** (negotiable based on experience, skills, and performance). * Opportunities for professional development within a stable and growing company. * A professional and collaborative work environment. **Location** A few minutes from **Tlalnepantla Centro**.
