Opportunity for development and growth A leading company in the construction industry is seeking: \- **SITE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER** **Position Objective** Ensure proper administration and management of human resources on site, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, efficiency in **recruitment** and **payroll** processes, and timely support to contractors and employees, contributing to the successful execution of projects in the **construction industry.** **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.** * Prior experience in **personnel administration on construction sites** and in the **construction industry, preferably.** * Experience in **recruiting** operational staff * Personnel management skills * Strong sense of **urgency** and ability to resolve unforeseen issues * Proficiency in **COI**, **COMPAQ**, **SAE**, and reconciliations * Advanced Excel skills * Experience in direct interaction with **contractors** * Experience managing **pre-payroll** and **payroll** * Incident handling **Skills and Responsibilities** * **Verify daily attendance** and manage documentation for newly hired personnel * **Reconcile attendance lists** vs. weekly payroll, report overtime hours, and address payroll clarification requests * Support in **IMSS registration and termination**, personnel file compilation, and compliance follow-up (STPS, Civil Protection, etc.) * Leadership and strong sense of urgency * Supervise compliance with labor policies and on-site safety * **Recruit personnel** for various roles on site, conduct interviews, and perform selection * Coordinate with contractors to meet staffing needs promptly and effectively * Hiring activities **What We Offer** * Monthly net salary starting from **$20,000** * **Statutory benefits** effective from day one * Opportunity for **development and growth** * Work location: **Zitácuaro, Mich.** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–20:00, with flexible hours **Important Note:** If you currently do not reside in Zitácuaro or nearby areas but are able to **relocate** and settle in the region, your application will still be considered.
