Tecnológico (along Paseo Tollocan), as: **COOK (A, B or C)** **Position objective**: Carry out tasks corresponding to the area, such as production, line preparation, line inventory, supervision of progress, etc. **Responsibilities** * Proper production of sub-recipes and recipes for the area, as well as correct follow-up of production processes, supported by the judgment of the sous-chef and unit chef. * Compliance with hygiene standards and measures. * Deep cleaning of the work area. * Assist with storage of raw materials from receipt to storage location, including classification and labeling. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree or technical career in gastronomy (completed or incomplete). * Previous experience as a cook in restaurants (3 years). * In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment operation. * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Availability of time.
