




**General Description:** Responsible for executing physicochemical water treatment activities at strategic accounts within the assigned region; provides customers with technical support to resolve issues and delivers high levels of satisfaction based on the commercial contract. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform physicochemical water treatment activities to ensure results specified in the contract established with the customer. * Visit customers according to the work plan and safety standards to measure performance against the designed chemical treatment program. * Conduct chemical monitoring and dosing of company products used at customer facilities to ensure products remain within specified ranges and are continuously dosed as required. * Identify and report product failures and/or issues when parameters fall outside established ranges; resolve problems efficiently and propose cost-effective alternatives for water chemical treatment, as needed. * Conduct inventory reviews of products at customer facilities to ensure timely replenishment and report inventory levels. * Perform equipment inspections to monitor operational conditions and quality, issuing corresponding reports. * Participate in team meetings aimed at improving customer service. * Document and communicate results delivered to the customer, providing clarity and value. * Correlate operational data with chemical trends and consumption patterns. * Support preparation of reports detailing technical issues and solutions to initiate necessary corrective actions related to product modifications and/or recommendations for process changes. * Verify compliance with contractual, regulatory, and commitment obligations. * Address customer requests related to contractual terms and conditions concerning water treatment. * Collect samples for physicochemical analysis related to water treatment and subsequent laboratory analysis. * * Ensure implementation of on-site service standards across all customer accounts. * Stay current with industry advancements through continuous education. * Adhere to Chemtreat’s and the customer’s safety protocols and complete required safety training. * Support and commit to Chemtreat’s Quality Improvement Process. Develop strategies to ensure error-free work—“getting it right the first time”—and consistently embody this mindset in daily execution of responsibilities.
