Key Responsibilities: * Verify that incoming merchandise is correct, complete, and in good condition for customer delivery. * Ensure physical merchandise received is accurately processed in internal systems. * Perform or assess packaging of incoming merchandise according to established logistics procedures. * Conduct palletizing and labeling of incoming merchandise for shipment. * Report sales floor incidents related to fulfillment support shortages to the Receiving & Fulfillment Manager, Omnichannel Manager, Department Managers, Management, and Executive Leadership. * Manage operational incidents detected internally or reported by other Liverpool departments. * Ensure proper sorting and dispatch of merchandise. * Support tracking of packages generated by the store. * Support tracking of pending store assignments. * Receive marketplace merchandise returned to the store via POS and prepare it accordingly.
