




**Sun’s Power MX**, a solar energy company with over 7 years of experience, is seeking a **Telesales Consultant for Consultative Sales** to work in-office in the city of **Poza Rica, Veracruz**. If you have strong communication skills, experience in telephone sales, and enjoy persuading others while building trust, this position is perfect for you. **Responsibilities** * Make calls to prospects using our CRM. * Filter and profile customers (electric bill, available space, intent, budget). * Build trust and explain the benefits of photovoltaic systems. * Send information via WhatsApp or email. * Schedule **qualified technical visits** for the team. * Provide timely and professional follow-up. * Record all interactions in the CRM. * Handle objections (price, doubts, competition). **Requirements** * Minimum **1 year** of experience in: phone sales, call center, telemarketing, or appointment setting. * Clear and pleasant voice. * Excellent verbal communication. * Strong conversational and persuasive skills. * Ability to manage high call volume (20–50 calls per day). * Organized and experienced with CRM usage. * Positive attitude and results-driven mindset. **Schedule** * Monday to Saturday (half-day on Saturdays) * In-person office work **Location** Poza Rica, Veracruz (Operation and installation based from our central office) **How to Apply?** Please send: * **Updated CV** (sunspower.mx@gmail.com) * **30-second voice audio introducing yourself** (very important) 782 210 3214 **About Us** At Sun’s Power MX, we help families and businesses reduce their electricity bills through professional solar systems.
