We are looking for talent as a **Tech Lead** who thinks in terms of architecture before patches, leads teams without micromanaging, and turns strategy into functional, on-time products. If you enjoy leading, building intentionally, and leaving systems better than you found them… this role is for you. #### **What you must bring:** * Solid experience with Python (Django, FastAPI, or Flask) and PHP (Laravel or Symfony). * In-depth knowledge of REST APIs, design patterns, and microservices. * Observability using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Sentry. * Practical experience with AWS and Google Cloud to support deployments and technical decisions. * Experience with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, and automated deployment pipelines. * Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis. * Container management with Docker; Kubernetes is a plus. * Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, cost optimization, and criteria for selecting the appropriate approach. * Proficiency with Dockerfiles and orchestration concepts. * Advanced-level English proficiency. * Mastery of design patterns, process optimization, and demonstrable technical maturity. #### **What we value in you (beyond the tech stack):** * Leadership grounded in mentoring and supporting teams of \+10 people. * Genuine ability to **prioritize** (not everything is urgent). * Sound judgment to define standards and make decisions. * Skill in managing projects, prioritizing tasks, and resolving blockers. * Adaptability: plans change, but direction remains constant. #### **We offer:** Compensation: Up to MXN $80,000 net per month \+ statutory benefits with full payroll \+ SGMM \+ Dental insurance. #### **Schedule and work model:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. **Work model:** 100% remote.
