





REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, C.P., Administration, Graduates EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 2 years in payroll processes, handling any payroll system preferably (NOI), personnel management, recruitment, conflict resolution, file administration, knowledge of SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, REPSE and salary modifications. COMPETENCIES: Analytical Organized Work under pressure Sense of urgency RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-payroll and payroll processing, incidents, weekly, biweekly and special payrolls, commission payments, SUA, IDSE, INFONAVIT, 3% on payroll, payroll accounting, savings fund accounting, REPSE. Calculation of PTU, Christmas bonus and severance payments/settlements. Staff training, recruitment and selection process, file preparation, hiring. Handling audits from IMSS, INFONAVIT or any other federal and/or state agency.
