We are seeking: Telephone Collection Officer Objective: A responsible professional focused on recovering client portfolios, with the goal of meeting performance metrics. Responsibilities: Conduct telephone-based collection activities, including negotiation and clarification with clients, to recover outstanding amounts by effectively handling objections and establishing payment agreements.
