Huasteca Pharmaceutical Distributor is seeking a Field Recruiter to carry out recruitment and selection activities, including conducting face-to-face interviews with candidates to verify their skills and competencies. **Responsibilities:** * Create and post job openings across various channels (job boards, social media) * Screen, analyze, and review received applications and resumes * Conduct face-to-face interviews in local and remote areas * Manage the recruitment and selection process * Administer and interpret psychometric tests * Hire personnel * Submit personnel files * Monitor newly hired employees * Participate in job fairs * Prepare materials for job opening promotions * Deliver the welcome message to new employees * Administer employee exit surveys * Support various activities within the Human Resources department **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering * Minimum of 1 year verifiable experience in recruitment and selection * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Knowledge of psychometric test interpretation * Willingness and ability to travel (mandatory) * Familiarity with NOM-035-STPS **We Offer:** * Base salary + productivity-based compensation * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability * Professional growth Employment type: Full-time Salary: $8,500.00 – $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
