We are looking for an organized individual with numerical skills and knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure support and maintenance. **Functions and responsibilities:** Administer, maintain, and provide support for computer systems, computing equipment, and network infrastructure. Email configuration, support, and administration. Provide on-site and/or remote technical support. Maintain inventory controls and records for components and licenses. Perform preventive and corrective hardware maintenance. Installation and configuration of operating systems. Installation and configuration of CCTV systems. Installation and configuration of wireless links. Repair of computing equipment. **Profile** Completed higher technical diploma, engineering degree, or bachelor’s degree in computer systems or related field. **Experience** · Technical support experience. · Knowledge of networks (LAN, WAN). · Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. · Organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork. · Knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems. · Proficiency in Office 365.
