Functions: * Ensure fleet availability according to service plan requirements * Ensure compliance with preventive and corrective maintenance programs. * General knowledge in repairs and maintenance of air suspension systems and fifth wheel trailer components. * Coordinate compliance with the $/km tire expense target overall. * Identify and minimize workplace risks. * Review daily pending tasks in areas (workshop, collision, washing). * Review material withdrawals by technicians (authorization). * Authorize and supervise purchase orders. * Monitor mechanical status at operational bases. * Track invoices to suppliers. * Manage maintenance expenses. * Experience in evaluation and hiring of technicians across various disciplines. Knowledge: * Diesel engines L (ISX, N\-14, DETROIT, X15, CNG and LNG). * Knowledge of safety points for tractors and trailers. * Fuller 18-speed manual and automatic transmissions. Requirements: * Education: Mechanical / Electro\-Mechanical / Electronic / Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Minimum of 10 years in mechanical maintenance, preferably in transportation. * Availability: Willingness to travel / flexible schedule / weekends and holidays (operations open 24/7\).
