




**Position Objective:** Ensure the planning, execution, and oversight of the organization’s Innovation and Technology projects, guaranteeing alignment with strategic objectives, effective adoption of technological solutions, and integration with organizational transformation initiatives. This position is directly responsible for technological implementation and serves as a key coordinator across various strategic initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** 1\. Establish the project planning framework for technology projects, defining methodology, phases, processes, and tools the company will use to manage Innovation and Technology initiatives. 2\. Lead the execution of priority technology projects, ensuring progress aligns with strategic objectives, estimated timelines, and current operational needs. 3\. Implement new technological solutions, overseeing their integration with existing systems and ensuring they address the organization’s current challenges. 4\. Coordinate teams involved in projects, aligning technical, operational, and business units under a unified vision to ensure consistent outcomes. 6\. Ensure users properly adopt new platforms or systems through support strategies, training, and direct follow-up with key departments. 7\. Identify risks and opportunities for improvement in ongoing projects, proposing adjustments and corrective actions to ensure initiative continuity and success. 8\. Link technological initiatives with organizational transformation, ensuring each project drives efficiency, digitalization, standardization, and process modernization. 9\.
