A leading company in the automotive sector is looking for the best talent to join the team as Workshop Manager! **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a workshop manager or in a similar position. * Knowledge of automotive diagnosis and repair. * Ability to manage productivity, quality, and profitability indicators. * Leadership and team management skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. * Valid driver's license. **Responsibilities:** * Assign repair tasks to technical staff according to workload and level of specialization. * Supervise that repair tasks are carried out according to the established schedule. * Ensure the accuracy and completeness of diagnoses performed by technicians. * Review estimates for additional work submitted by technicians and coordinate with the service advisor to obtain customer approval. * Monitor repair quality through job verification and random vehicle testing in collaboration with the Master Technician. * Review and validate documentation required for warranty issuance and verify that work is performed according to policies. * Attend to customers to provide additional information regarding diagnoses or estimates. * Track and monitor the efficiency and productivity of workshop personnel. * Work together with the Systems Manager to ensure all equipment runs the latest system updates. * Advise workshop technicians on the proper use of hand tools and specialized equipment. * Verify that all work equipment is in optimal condition and request immediate repairs when necessary.
