**Job Description** We are seeking an **Information Technology Coordinator** responsible for maintaining the company's network, computing equipment, and cybersecurity. **Main Responsibilities** * Management of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. * Administration of networks, servers, and data backups. * Monitoring, blocking, and reporting of cyberattacks. * Software installation and license control. * Auditing equipment usage, telephone lines, and policy compliance. * Hiring and supervision of external IT services. * Presenting quarterly improvements and innovations. **Requirements** * Engineering degree or Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (certified). * 3 years of experience in technical support, networking, or server administration. * Knowledge of networks, PC maintenance, operating systems, printers, technological solutions, backups, and computer security. **Competencies** * Analytical skills and attention to detail * Organization and discipline * Communication and user service * Innovation * Integrity and teamwork Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $19,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * IT Support: 3 years (Desirable) Workplace: On-site position
