We are seeking a Chef for an Industrial Cafeteria. Requirements * Two to three years of experience in a similar position * Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy * Knowledge and practical application of the HACCP standard * Warehouse management, inventory control, and requisition preparation * Staff management, supervision, and training * Menu planning * Knowledge and experience across various kitchen areas (hot kitchen, cold station, grill, griddle) * Knowledge of meat cuts and cooking temperatures * Expertise in Mexican cuisine, bakery, and pastry Responsibilities and Objectives * Coordination and supervision of work in the central kitchen * Planning of staffing and allocation of kitchen zones * Coordination of work and preparation of dishes for food service operations * Implementation of menus * Quality control across all service areas Competencies * Organization * Analytical ability * Discipline * Kitchen leadership * Organization and planning * Ability to work under pressure We offer: * $19,000 monthly gross salary * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * On-site cafeteria Work location: Cuautitlán
