Become part of our team as: **Administrative Assistant – Control Desk** AVAILABILITY FOR ROTATING SHIFTS: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, AND 10:00 PM–5:00 AM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Documentarily and/or systemically record all warehouse merchandise receipts, shipments, and relocations. * Prepare and print reports required for warehouse operations. * Data entry and use of Microsoft Office software. * Direct interaction with customers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum education: Completed high school (certificate) or incomplete bachelor’s degree. * Experience: Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar roles. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Service-oriented attitude. * Prior experience in a Distribution Center is desirable but not mandatory. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 26 days’ salary. * Monthly food vouchers worth $950 MXN. * Savings fund contribution of 9%. * Savings box program.
