JOIN 3B STORES AS A **SELF-SERVICE STORE SUPERVISOR** Work area: Villa Lázaro Cárdenas, La Ceiba, Mecapalapa, Metlaltoyuca, Ixhuatlán de Madero, Llano de en medio. Live within the boundaries of Northern Puebla and Northern Veracruz **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Management of MULTI-UNITS, experience in the grocery sector coordinating 5 to 10 stores under your supervision with a team of 70 to 90 people in charge. Achieve sales, shrinkage, labor cost, staffing coverage, and employee turnover targets. Control all expenses of the stores in your District (electricity, transportation, supplies, telephone, etc.), keeping them within established parameters. Coordinate matters related to the stores in your District and follow up on any extraordinary cases that occur, providing support in special situations. Follow up on cash collection and resolution of discrepancies. Ensure and maintain the proper condition of store facilities and equipment. Ensure clear and efficient communication and information transfer between stores and regional offices.
