RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage and supervise the portfolio assigned to field officers, as well as material resources. * Analyze and assess the portfolio to be managed, preparing plans and management strategies using allocated resources. * Assign portfolios for field management according to developed plans or strategies. * Provide feedback and follow up with field officers on managed accounts, ensuring effective collection activities and full portfolio coverage. * Identify opportunities to strengthen and improve the efficiency of the credit portfolio structure. * Attend to, advise, and negotiate with borrowers and other parties involved in credit matters, offering sufficient options along with specific terms for regularization and/or settlement. * Support the training and development of colleagues within the institution and the same department.
