At **Hyperdermis**, an aesthetic dermatology clinic specializing in injectables, we are seeking a **General Manager** with a strong background in Business Administration and strategic vision to lead the growth, expansion, and professionalization of our processes. This position is pivotal in consolidating the next phase of the brand’s development—optimizing clinical, administrative, and patient experience operations under the highest standards of quality and medical ethics. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, implement, and oversee strategies for brand growth, profitability, and expansion. * Coordinate medical, administrative, and communications teams to ensure efficient execution of processes. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize operational, financial, and commercial workflows. * Strengthen an organizational culture centered on excellence, ethics, and attention to detail. * Supervise budgets, expense control, financial forecasting, and strategic decision-making. * Establish continuous improvement and standardization processes (SOPs) across all areas. * Collaborate with the medical leadership team in developing new projects, partnerships, and additional locations. * Represent Hyperdermis before suppliers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders. **Requirements** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (mandatory).** * **Completed Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent).** * Minimum 5 years of experience in executive management, operations leadership, or business leadership roles. * Knowledge of strategic planning, financial management, and organizational development. * Proven leadership ability, decision-making skills, and problem-solving capacity. * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with strong attention to detail and results orientation. * Affinity for the healthcare, wellness, or aesthetics industry. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to join a nationally growing medical brand with international expansion potential. * A professional, ethical, and collaborative work environment. * The chance to lead Hyperdermis’ comprehensive expansion and structural development. * Ongoing training and direct involvement in strategic decision-making. **Position Type** Full-time, on-site in Polanco, Mexico City.
