





The Role As an HR Intern supporting the Talent Management (TM) and Communications areas, you will manage key platforms, reporting tools, communication channels, and program processes that enable internal alignment, timely information flow, and a great employee experience. You will collaborate with HR partners, interns, managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to keep content updated, support TM processes, and contribute to the Clarios Internship Program. What You’ll Do (Impact Areas) SharePoint \& Communications Platforms* Maintain and update the HR SharePoint site, ensuring content remains current, engaging, and aligned with the key milestones of the year. * Collaborate with the TM team to identify topics to include and propose new ideas for internal communication. * Manage user communications and keep the channel active through relevant news, updates, and resources. Power BI \& Reporting* Build, update, and manage TM indicators in Power BI. * Support the definition and documentation of key Talent Management metrics. * Ensure data quality and deliver dashboards that support decision‑making. Talent Management Communications* Lead the creation of the quarterly TM Newsletter, designing content, gathering updates, and coordinating with HR stakeholders. * Prepare and distribute HR area communications, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timeliness. Interns \& Program Support* Lead the Performance Review process for interns, coordinating timelines, communications, and data consolidation. * Support the management of purchase orders and payment follow‑up related to HR activities. * Contribute to events and activities of the Clarios Internship Program. Additional Support* Provide assistance for TM Insights initiatives. * Participate in TM events, engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns. What Success Looks Like By the end of the internship, you will have:* A continuously updated and well‑maintained SharePoint platform with strong user engagement. * Reliable TM dashboards and clearly defined KPIs supporting HR decision‑making. * Delivered quarterly newsletters with consistent quality and creativity. * Successfully coordinated the intern Performance Review cycle end‑to‑end. * Provided timely communications and supported TM events that enhance employee experience. * Demonstrated ownership, organization, and strong collaboration across HR.
