




We are looking for a committed and proactive **Accounts Payable/Receivable Assistant** to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with administrative skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing follow-ups with clients. Key Responsibilities: * Record and monitor invoices, payments, and collections. * Reconcile accounts and report outstanding balances. * Support month-end closing procedures and internal audits. * Follow up with customers and suppliers to ensure timely payments and collections. * Propose improvements and track pending items. * Perform other basic administrative tasks. Requirements: * **Completed Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field** * Excellent presentation and spelling. * Service-oriented attitude, strong communication skills, and analytical abilities. * Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel (intermediate level). * Two years of experience in similar positions. We Offer: * Salary: $14,000.00 MXN net per month * Statutory benefits from day one * Bi-weekly payments * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; two Saturdays per month
