About: Provide technical support (on-site or remote) by attending user requests and incidents from the different business areas of Grupo Coppel, as well as maintaining computer equipment in optimal condition through preventive/corrective maintenance programs and participating in business impact projects, store openings, and bank renovations. Responsibilities: * Attend to (on-site or remotely) equipment incidents reported by users from the various operational business areas. * Carry out the installation of IT equipment for business impact projects to improve customer experience and productivity in customer-facing areas. * Verify proper equipment operation in all assigned implementations and projects, complying with work schedules. * Install and maintain functional computing and technology equipment, adhering to established corrective and preventive maintenance programs. * Perform the installation of IT equipment during store and bank openings and renovations to support company growth. * Inspect damaged or replaced equipment, repairing damages and malfunctions. Requirements: \- Configuration and installation of devices, equipment repair, links, and networks. \- Communication antennas, structured cabling, alarm connections, servers, Windows. \- Operate standard vehicles and hold a valid driver's license (desirable) Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Computer Systems Engineering, or related field.
