Laboratory Coordinator
The Position Coordinate laboratory personnel, ensuring monitoring, support, and review of analysts so that product, material, and raw material analyses—as well as any necessary ancillary activities—are performed on time and in accordance with the required schedule, and are executed, reported, and reviewed in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, Documentation, and Laboratory regulations and procedures. Tasks and Responsibilities Appropriately employ and/or manage the human, material, and financial resources available to the Quality Control laboratory. Ensure that product, material, and raw material analyses are conducted on time and correctly, complying with scheduling requirements, regulations, and internal procedures. Verify analytical results, ensure their compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide technical support to analysts for resolving physicochemical issues. Develop and update procedures, participate in audits, and ensure data integrity and compliance with Good Laboratory Practices and Documentation practices. Conduct investigations into Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), and Out-of-Expectation (OOE) results, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Execute and track corrective and/or preventive actions arising from deviations, OOS and/or OOT results, laboratory events, audit observations, and change control activities. Actively participate in audits and status alignment meetings; meet area performance indicators; and lead staff training, including on-the-job training. Requirements: Mandatory Professionals holding a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry-Biology-related fields, such as Pharmaceutical-Biological Chemist, Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist, Bacteriologist-Parasitologist Chemist, Pharmaceutical Engineer, Biology, or related disciplines. Minimum of three years’ experience in a physical, physicochemical, or chemical Quality Control laboratory, performing laboratory analysis, problem solving, and leadership duties. Specialized laboratory services experience required. Intermediate-to-advanced level of English proficiency. Desirable Leadership experience.

Position: General Assistant – Vegan Restaurant Location: Roma Norte Schedule: Rotating Job Description We are a vegan restaurant committed to quality, excellent service, and sustainability. We seek a General Assistant with operational experience, capable of adapting to various restaurant tasks. This role directly supports the restaurant’s smooth operation through kitchen assistance, food preparation, service, and area maintenance.
