If you're passionate about driving quality assurance and leveraging modern technologies, we encourage you to apply! **Responsibilities** * Lead continuous test automation practices, including in\-sprint automation * Collaborate in defining and executing the overall Test Strategy * Manage performance testing initiatives and ensure optimal outcomes * Design and implement creative technical testing solutions to support team goals * Develop, execute, and maintain functional, integration, and acceptance test cases * Diagnose and resolve system issues effectively * Document, track, and prioritize defects, and generate clear reports * Oversee test data preparation and environment management processes * Manage versions of test scripts in a structured and organized manner * Define, collect, and report key testing metrics **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred * 5\+ years of experience in Java automated testing * At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience * Excellent experience in functional, integration, regression, and performance testing * Knowledge of Java 17 or higher, SerenityBDD, API testing, and database testing * Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins * Experience in testing both front\-end and back\-end services with an understanding of traceability matrices * Strong foundation in agile methodologies * Background in creating robust unit tests covering edge cases, usability, and reliability * Familiarity with pre\-existing manual test cases and ability to execute them effectively * Comprehensive understanding of the SDLC and test case development processes * Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and organizational skills * Excellent command of written and spoken English (B2\+ level) **Nice to have** * Familiarity with Gradle fundamentals * Background in the Spring Framework * Experience with tools like qTest * Familiarity with GitHub workflows * Knowledge of environments such as Kafka, Autosys, or Mainframe systems
