Professional and Economic Growth Opportunities INDE México, a residential real estate developer with presence in Jalisco and Los Cabos, is seeking a **TREASURY COORDINATOR** **Job Objective** Administer and control the company’s financial resources, ensuring liquidity, timely payment fulfillment, and accurate cash flow execution through efficient processes aligned with internal policies. Must balance analytical rigor with operational management capability. Includes income \- expense control and relationships with banking institutions. **Main Responsibilities** * **Cash Flow Management:** Manage daily and projected cash flow. * **Expense Control:** Schedule and execute payments to suppliers, service providers, and payroll, ensuring compliance with internal authorization policies. * **Banking Management:** Administer tokens, corporate bank accounts, international transfers, and bank balance reconciliations. Monitor bank account movements and electronic banking activities. Supervise and execute transfers, SPEI, and other financial operations. * **Reporting:** Prepare reports on cash flow requirements, income, and expenses. * **Investments and Financing:** Deploy treasury surpluses; when bridge financing is available, manage its operation. * **Coordination with Accounting:** Ensure all cash and bank transactions are correctly coded and recorded for monthly closing. * **Compliance:** Ensure adherence to financial policies and internal controls. **Education and Experience Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * **Experience:** 4–5 years in Treasury Coordination or Corporate Finance. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, basic macros). * ERP systems experience (Enkontrol, Neodata, etc.). * Familiarity with corporate banking portals. * Knowledge of local tax laws related to cash flow. **Soft Skills (Competencies)** * **Integrity and Ethics:** Honest handling of financial resources. * **Attention to Detail:** To prevent errors in disbursements or recordkeeping. * **Numerical Aptitude:** Precise management of financial resources, enabling objective, data-driven decision-making, liquidity control, and optimization of monetary flows. * **Negotiation Skills:** With banks and suppliers regarding payment terms. * **Decision-Making Under Pressure:** Especially during month-end closings or unexpected cash flow events. **Offer:** Professional and economic growth based on performance and productivity.
