Job Objective** Train and advise customers in the traditional market through in\-person consultations to teach proper handling and functionality of products. Ensuring that our customers fully understand the functionality and benefits of the products, enabling them to achieve optimal results in the final product. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * Present products to potential customers to identify new prospects or increase sales with existing customers. * Plan, structure, and deliver each consultation or training course. (Development of innovative products, recipe standardization, recipe costing, work plan, list of inputs, technical report). * Resolve production or quality issues encountered by our customers using the established methodology. * Support the development of new product varieties through continuous research into emerging baking trends and techniques. * Participate in and support trade shows and large\-scale events to showcase the full product line. * Comply with protocols, customer satisfaction standards, and complaint handling procedures. * Maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene practices at all times. **3\. Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Gastronomy, Culinary Arts, or related field. * **Experience:** 5 years of experience in handling and processing batters, doughs, and toppings/decorations in bakeries, independent pastry shops, training courses, and restaurants. * **Technical Skills:** Basic Office software proficiency. **4\.
