Leads teams, coordinates processes, and ensures operational efficiency under safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and coordinate plant production operations. * Ensure compliance with quality and productivity standards. * Manage workloads and define priorities in molding processes. * Resolve operational issues and respond to unexpected equipment failures. * Implement lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement. * Lead and develop personnel, fostering teamwork and training. * Control operational costs and ensure data\-driven decision making. **Requirements** * Education: Completed engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical). * Experience: + 3\-5 years in manufacturing plants or operations (not first job). + Knowledge of the plastics industry, molds, injection, extrusion. + Experience in assembly and packaging lines. + Quality management and problem analysis (Ishikawa, PDCA Cycle). * Technical Skills: + Advanced English. + Proficiency in ERP, Excel, PowerPoint (JDE is a plus). + Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (desirable). * Competencies: + Leadership, teamwork, conflict resolution. + Proactivity, innovation, and ability to handle pressure. **We Offer** * Opportunity for professional growth within a leading company. * A dynamic and challenging work environment. * Competitive benefits + Year\-end bonus exceeding legal requirements + Vacation bonus exceeding legal requirements + Savings fund + Major medical expense insurance + Grocery vouchers + And more.
