Thanks to our broad range of activities, we play a fundamental role in the collective organization of society and in shaping the living environment of citizens worldwide. **About the Role** **Responsibilities:** * Review on-site construction processes to ensure alignment with the executive project and construction schedule. * Collaborate interdisciplinarily with other departments to verify construction progress, scope, and quality. * Prepare construction quantity take-offs. * Maintain the construction logbook. * Liaise with contractors. * Manage personnel across various activities and work fronts. * Review construction change orders and cost estimates. * Support financial reporting versus actual construction progress. * Request materials or tools. * Schedule activities to ensure timely deliveries according to the construction schedule and contract. * Manage technical documentation. * Read drawings to verify constructability in coordination with project engineering. * Verify efficient and cost-effective work performed by contractors. **What do we need from you** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Railways, roadways, project management, P.U. (Public Works) experience preferred. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Public Works Law. * Applicable regulations depending on the project (SCT, AREMA, NOM-001-ARTF 2023, ARTF-2019, or any regulation published by the Railway Transport Regulatory Agency; UNE, ETC). * Construction supervision experience. * Budget calculation and management. * Construction processes. * Construction scheduling. * Experience in heavy infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of P.U. (Public Works) and estimating. * AutoCAD. * Excel
